1:1 Pilates class
Our 1:1 class can only be booked after confirmation of time and schedule(s) with the instructor.
We love to focus on a good posture and technique; therefore 1:1 sessions is advisable if you had any injuries or if you never have done Pilates before.
Also, we advise having at least one 1:1 Pilates session before you join in any of our group sessions to go through the element of Pilates.
