We are at Yummy Pilates follow APPI's principles & trained by APPI.
APPI Modified Pilates is design by physiotherapists. Instructors are mostly working in a rehabilitation/clinical setting and have a good understanding of the body.
Why is it different?
The traditional Pilates exercises are broken down and modified to be suitable in orthopedic, neurological, women's health and sport settings.
You can enjoy a safe workout even if you have lower back pain :-)

Joseph Pilates
Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilaltes in the 1920's.
He was working with sick children with Asthma, Rickets and Rheumatic fever when he discovered that they can come through their physical liminiations with exercise and regular body building.
Later on his technique became a favorite in the dancing community.
Today, millions practice Pilates worldwide.
