I started with Noemi at Yummy Pilates when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I enjoyed the prenatal Pilates until the birth of my daughter, it helped me stay at least a little active towards the end of my pregnancy. Now I am currently enjoying the Mommy and Baby Pilates. It's nice to get out the house and be able to do some exercise with my daughter in tow. Noemi is a wonderful teacher and her Pilates philosophy match mine. She is wonderful with my baby, giving me the ability to get some exercises done. I would highly recommend her classes to all!

"Noemi's Yummy Pilates classes are amazing, I like it and waiting for every Thursday. Classes are relaxing but at the same time you feel your muscles are working. Everything is very gentle but effective. Atmosphere is very nice and variety of exercises is big so you won’t get bored, lots of equipment is helpful as well. Lots of attention to each visitor needs and requests. Such an lovely way to exercise!"
