Please see our updated policy here, which is valid from January 2019. We understand that attendees are sometimes unable to make sessions. We accept cancellation by phone, email or booking system 24 hours before the class starts. A class can be made up during the term only clients. If you buy block sessions, your expiry date is 90 days after your time of the purchase. Memberships minimum of 3-month subscription and one month notice required for cancellation.
